Also called 'Jingle Bell' or 'Rattle' an allusion to the seeds rattling in the pods of this oval shaped chile when dried. These 3cm chiles resemble small cherrys and are called 'bola' in there fresh form and 'Guajones' or 'Coras' when dried. They are most commonly used when dried. hese moderately hot chilies are mostly available dried. In their fresh state, they are green or red and shaped like a small tomato. Dried, their skin turns a brownish red and becomes translucent.

Cascabella is an open pollinated Hungarian Wax type hot pepper that reaches maturity approximately 72-75 days. Long thin peppers Similar to Santa Fe Grande, but smaller. Yellowish fruit turns red at maturity, interesting flavor. (This is not Cascabel)
