This non pungent cultivar was released by the NMSU in 1989 and is considered to be a paprika type chile. When harvested in the green stage, it is stuffed with jalapeno flavored cheese to produce chile relines with uniform pungency. These 6-7in long fruits ripen from green to a beautiful red colour, and are delicious eaten red or green. A perfect Chile for a novice.
