A hybridised cultivar which resulted from a cross between Numex 6 and Anaheim. Plants are normally 2 to 2 1/2 feet in height and produce large (6 x 1 3/4 inches), smooth, green pods with thick flesh which mature to red. Today, this cultivar is no longer grown widely in New Mexico. 2500-5000 scoville units
