A medium-hot Old World favourite developed in Hungary. This pepper has a waxy color that resembles bees' wax. Wax peppers are actually orange-red when ripe, but are usually harvested while yellow. The medium thick fruit mature from yellow to red in 67- 70 days. A perfect pick for pickled peppers. 750 to 3000 SHU.
